So this is all a little past due!

I guess I will start out first with our last camping trip for the summer. That's such a sad thought. A few weekends ago, Jas, Hailey and I all went camping up at Yellowstone (Utah) with our friends Jake and Coby. Well let me say attempted to camp. We got up there really late because even if we try to leave early that never seems to be the case. Jason got a bolt stuck in his tire so we had to transfer all our stuff to Jared's truck. Then we went to meet Jake and Coby, by this time it was already 6:30pm. When we finally got to Yellowstone and found a place to camp it was quite late and already dark. The men made a fire and Coby and I started making dinner. After dinner we helped "the boys" that would be Jared's kids, make some s'mores and then they went home. Well here's the kicker. In the midst of changing vehicles the diaper bag got lost somewhere. We weren't in either of our vehicles so I didn't have any extra diapers. So we had to drive all the way home that night. So our camping trip was cut short. We drove back up early the next morning to have breakfast with Jake and Coby and go hiking. Here are a few pics:

Here are the ledges. It was beautiful. Next year maybe we can hike all the way around to the top!


This rock was amazing, it was a whole bunch of little rocks smashed together, with dirt and moss. They were all over!

Hailey loved the hike. She was happy and babbling the whole time. Once we stopped she wasn't very happy. But as soon as we started again she was all smiles!
